In my Drawing 1 class we do all kinds of studies for homework. Not so much anymore, because we've moved on to using paint and charcoal on top. I haven't photographed my work in awhile, but I came across these that were from the begining of second semester in that class. Drawing is my favorite class, and I have the best teacher ever! But that has nothing to do with this. The studies we did kind of took me back to everything I learned in the begining of highschool. But a refresh is always good I guess.


A few studies of boxes, cubes in perspective. Simplee. But it did help out a lot when It came to making interiors of buildings and placing objects in a larger picture.


Same goes for elipses. I never liked doing these before, but I don't mind it now. It's pretty easy to understand.


Along with elipses came the study of stuffed animals. This was intimidating watching the teacher dump piles of soft things to draw. Not as hard as it seems!


Then came chairs. I could not begin to tell you why chairs are difficult to draw, but they are.






My favorite study of course were the trees. I have issues and love trees, no reason why. You'd think I'd be sick of drawing them by now after having to draw them so much in previous classes. Nope.

This is all I have for study drawings, on my computer anyways. I been feeling not so well lately and busy on top of that, so all I'll be posting for awhile is random things of mine I've come across on flashdrives and stuff. Can't wait to share fresh, new things that I've made!


I also feel like my pictures and writing about them arn't lining up with each other when I post things on here. I suck at HTML.. someone lend me a helping hand?
